WeGlad

WeGlad is a start-up with a strong social impact, vertical in ‘diversity & inclusion’, it can be described as the Google Maps for people with mobility difficulties and disabilities. WeGlad has developed an App where, through the ‘Mappathon’, corporate stakeholders contribute to mapping the accessibility of roads and facilities to create socially useful data and enable users to avoid architectural barriers. Co-founded in Turin by Paolo Bottiglieri and Petru Capatina, Italian-Moldavian entrepreneur, Forbes under 30 and top 10 talents under 35 in social impact for Nova and Bocconi, it is headed by Riccardo Taverna. WeGlad won the National Civil Economy Award and the national ESG 2022 Award, which will allow it to represent Italy in the European final
