His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.A professional with over 25 years of experience in the consulting, private equity and corporate sectors. He currently holds the position of CFO at De Agostini S.p.A., where he is responsible for the financial management, administration and supervision of the group’s strategic investments, as well as the construction of the holding company’s private equity investment portfolio. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of several investee companies. He previously held the position of Group CFO at De Agostini Editore S.p.A., leading the finance, administration and control functions globally. Before joining the De Agostini Group holding company, he worked at DeA Capital, focusing on the execution of private equity investments. He began his career at McKinsey&Company, where he worked for several years, managing strategic, financial and organisational projects for companies in various sectors.
