Born in Chieri (TO) on 17 April 1964. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Turin, he is a Chartered Accountant and Official Accounting Auditor. From 1988 to 1995 he worked as a tax and corporate consultant for a leading Anglo-Saxon consulting firm. He is a founding partner of BGR tax and legal.

He deals with tax and corporate consulting for leading national and international companies, with particular experience in the areas of tax planning and assistance to extraordinary operations. He is a technical advisor to the judge at the Court of Turin in the area of company valuations.

He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Board of Directors of companies operating in various sectors.
