Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. Carlo started in Michelin as Production Manager, then as Project Manager and Senior Consultant in Galgano & Associati. In 2003 he joined Eaton Corporation as Plant Manager until becoming President of Eaton Vehicle Group EMEA in 2017. From 2018 to the end of 2023 he serves as President of ITT Motion Technologies, a global leader in automotive and rail components. Today he is Senior Vice President of TE Connectivity, the world’s leading connector and sensor company, and has direct responsibility for the Industrial Automation and Electrification Business Unit. He also sits on the Board of Carbonteam, a carbon fiber processing company.
