Graduated in Engineering from Turin Polytechnic and Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. Carlo started in Michelin as Production Manager, then as Project Manager and Senior Consultant in Galgano & Associati. In 2003 he joined Eaton Corporation as Production Manager until becoming President of Eaton Vehicle Group EMEA in 2017. In 2018 he moved to ITT Inc, a world leader in industrial, automotive and railway components, where he held the position of President of ITT Motion Technologies. Today, he is Board Member of Carbonteam, a company operating in the composite materials processing sector and advisor of The Boval, an emerging company that is developing innovative technologies in the field of glassmaking.
