Carlo Tabellini graduated in law from the University of Turin. He is a member of the Turin Bar Association and of the roll of lawyers qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation. In 1989 he was one of the founders of the Tabellini Avvocati Associati firm, of which he is currently a partner. Since the beginning of his professional activity, he has worked in commercial and corporate law. His clients include Italian and foreign companies, institutional bodies and international organisations. He is the author of numerous publications in specialised journals in the field of corporate crisis and commercial law. He has been a speaker at conferences and professional training courses in the sectors in which he operates. He is a leading lawyer for trade associations in the commercial distribution sector. He was a member of the Commission of International Trade Law and Practice of ICC and ICC Italy, on behalf of which he collaborated on drafting model contracts for investment in and financing of start-ups.
