With a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and an MBA from the Saïd Business School, she is now an executive with extensive experience as General Manager, Board member and Advisor in first tier companies (McKinsey, Vodafone, Il Sole 24 Ore) and medium-sized leaders (DoveVivo, Retex). He began his professional career in McKinsey, in the Telecom, Media and Retail sectors. He continued in Vodafone Italia covering various management roles in Marketing and HR. He then approached medium-sized entrepreneurial realities, first becoming General Manager of DoveVivo, which operates in the Real Estate sector, and then General Manager Operations of Retex, a Tech and Communication services company aimed at Retail, Fashion & Luxury and HO.RE.CA. He rejoined McKinsey as Partner, leader in the Consumer, Fashion & Retail practice. Today member of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 Ore and associated with Angel for Women, with which she has invested in several high-potential start-ups with female leadership. Throughout her career she has consolidated a strong experience in accelerating organic and inorganic growth, in organisational strengthening and in managing complex transformations, combining strategic vision with operational rigour.
