After graduating in Law from the University of Turin, he worked in a law firm before entering the human resources sector. In 1999, he joined GATE (United Technologies Group) and took on the position of Recruiting, Training and Development Manager Italy. He then joined the Fiat Group as HR Manager of the 3 sites in Northern Italy of Irisbus Italia (IVECO). He then became first HR Director Italy and then Vice President Group HR in the Adecco Group. Subsequently, he took on the role of Chief HR Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Adecco Group. Since 2011 he has been a board member of the Talent Mobility Practice of the World Economic Forum. Christian then joined Pirelli as Group Chief HR Officer, revitalising the Group’s People Strategy. In 2016 he founded Chaberton Partners, of which he is now CEO, and led its growth, focusing on selected Board and CEO searches.
