She graduated in Food Biotechnology in Bari and started as a consultant in the field of quality control in Food & Technology. In 2009 she founded her own company in the field of product analysis in the environmental and agri-food sectors, Arace Laboratori in Foggia, where she is currently CEO. Since 2020 he has also been co-founder and CTO of Start Up Beyond Digital Lab srl in Milan and Business Angel, offering entrepreneurial, managerial and mentorship skills to support the development and growth of entrepreneurial projects in the FoodTech and GreenTech sectors.
