A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, he began his career in finance at the Matuschka Group in Munich, in the Merger and Acquisitions area. In 1987, he moved to the Deutsche Bank Group in Frankfurt and later worked in corporate finance and capital markets at its subsidiaries in London and finally Milan (Bank of America and Italy). Subsequently, he became head of the Merger & Acquisitions sector of the SOPAF Group, where he held the position of Central Director. Since 1998 he has been Managing Director and founding partner of Fineurop Soditic S.p.A., a company focused on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing and debt advisory. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fineurop S.p.a. and of Fineurop Investment Opportunities S.p.A., he is a lecturer in Investment Banking at Bocconi University in Milan, he is a member of the General Council of AIFI, as well as Vice-President of the M&A Commission and Ambassador for International Development of the same association.
