Fabrizio Gallante
An engineer at the Polytechnic of Turin, he gained significant experience in management consulting and change management, before establishing himself as an entrepreneur and investor active in the fields of training, work and technological innovation in EdTech and HRTech. He is Managing Partner of Enzima12 and CEO of 12Venture, a startup studio specialising in lifelong learning and corporate training. He collaborates with companies, investors and institutions in high impact projects that combine technology and social innovation, transforming labour market challenges into sustainable development opportunities. He chairs the Enzima12 group, an integrated ecosystem of realities operating in training, employment services and startup development, through 12Venture Società Benefit, vertically focused on EdTech and HRTech. The objective: to create and support high-potential start-ups focused on the future of learning and skills. A convinced promoter of open innovation, it supports hybrid models between business and the third sector, with a focus on digitally-based, customised and accessible continuing education. Active in scouting for over thirty years, he integrates the values of scouting into his professional vision: active citizenship, ethical leadership and educational innovation.
