Born in Turin in 1982, he is the third son of a chemical engineer entrepreneur and a microbiology teacher. He studied at the Jesuit Social Institute in Turin. During high school, he lived in the United States for a year and then graduated in business administration in Turin. After a brief experience in a marketing company, he joined Deloitte at the Turin office, where he worked for almost ten years, up to the position of Manager, dealing with auditing, consulting and M&A. It was during a consulting assignment that he met Nissha Metallizing Solutions (then AR Metallizing), a world leader in the production of metallized paper and part of the Nissha Group, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He joined as Finance Controller for the two European plants, and in twelve years has worked closely with several CFOs, CEOs, and three different properties (private equity and industrial), accompanying the company’s growth from two to five plants spread across five countries and three continents. In February 2021, at the age of 39, he was appointed CEO of the Nissha Metallizing Solutions Group and Senior Vice President of the Nissha Group.
