Graduated in Economics at LUISS Guido Carli, he began his career in London at Goldman Sachs working as an analyst in the FICC division. He then joined Bain & Company in the Milan office becoming a partner in 2016, where he worked on several projects both in Italy and abroad with focus on Industrial Goods and Services, Healthcare, Retail and Media practices. He worked with several Italian and foreign Private Equity funds in investment and divestment transactions. Afterwards, he became Group CEO of Holding Carisma, a family holding company dedicated to investments in the Food, Fashion and Retail sectors. During his career at Carisma, he has worked on all areas of the Group and in the last 3 years has led a process of strong expansion and redefinition of the food division (both retail and horeca). Since 2023 he has been President of Arsenale SGR, the Stevanato family’s vehicle dedicated to the development of real estate strategies in the USA and Italy. Since April 2024, he has taken responsibility in Stevanato Holding for all the family’s diversification activities with the aim of starting an investment path in the Healthcare and Life sciences sectors.
