Giovanni graduated in law from the Catholic University of Milan and in the past worked at Paul Hastings LLP in Milan in the department of corporate and real estate law. Since 2015 he has been following family investment activities in the real estate and financial sectors. In 2017 he created Vis Capital as an individual investment vehicle oriented towards Venture Capital with a focus on fintech and biotech. To date, Vis Capital holds over thirty direct stakes in technology companies in Europe, the United States and Asia.
