She graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, with part of the course in International Finance in Maastricht and, later, a certificate in Business Management from Harvard Business School. Irena started her career as Junior Manager in the Controlling area at Philips in Milan, then became Senior Consultant at Ernst&Young. After that, she joined Henkel in Dusseldorf as a manager in the Global Supply Chain and M&A area; for a year she moved to Tehran, in Henkel’s Iran Due Diligence and PMO Integration division, and after a short period in Henkel Amsterdam, she returned to Dusseldorf as Senior Manager in the Innovation and Sustainability area. Today he is Corporate Director Group Strategy Unit at Henkel in Dusseldorf.
