Graduated in Law at the University of Turin and lawyer at the Court of Turin. He has been working with Tabellini Avvocati Associati since 2020 after working experience at the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm in Rome and the Fubini Jorio Cavalli law firm in Turin, and is active in civil and commercial law with a preference for representation and technical defence in litigation, including arbitration. He has been admitted to the Working Group ‘Controls and Legislative Decree no. 231/2001’ set up at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin, has participated in the drafting of a manual on Commercial Distribution Law published in Germany by Wolters Kluwer Deutschland, and has participated as a speaker at events on startup investments and ESG. He has recently gained experience in the negotiation and regulation of investment contracts, with a specific interest in the world of start-ups.
