Born in Turin, she holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, specializing in software architecture and artificial intelligence. Always passionate about the world of start-ups, she carefully selects the projects to which to devote herself, favoring realities in which the business idea and core team show great potential. In these contexts she excels in contributing to the definition of the product and technical specifications, the creation of efficient processes and the growth of excellent tech teams.
From 2000 to 2014 she held the roles of Project Manager and Product Manager, focusing on developing innovative solutions in the areas of Web Intelligence and Web Analytics.
In 2015 she moved to London with her family, embarking on the most significant professional experiences of her career: she was CTO and shareholder of MindX Ltd, HR tech solutions provider later sold in 2018 to HireVue Inc (backed by Sequoia, TCV and The Carlyle Group), and later served as SVP Game Integrations and Developer Tools and shareholder of FACEIT Ltd (Index Ventures, Anthos Capital, Makers, United Ventures), sold in 2022 to Savvy Gaming Group of Saudi PIF fund.
