President of Assoimmobiliare and in 2020 founded Sensible Capital S.r.l. From 2003 to 2005, she was CFO of Patrimonio dello Stato (MEF). Later, she was in London as Head of Business Development of Aedes Group and from 2009 to 2013 she was DG of REAM SGR. Since 2014, she has held the position of CEO of Morgan Stanley SGR. She is a Fellow Member of RICS, a member of the Executive Committee of ULI Italia and of the Steering Committee of Fondazione Res Pubblica. He has been President of Poste Italiane since 2023.
