Born in Syracuse in 1990, he had an academic education between Italy and the United States. He has over 10 years of international experience in marketing and business leadership in B2C and B2B, with roles of increasing responsibility in companies such as Inditex, Procter & Gamble and Estée Lauder Companies. He currently holds the position of Brand General Manager of the Hair Care Italia division. He has led innovation and growth strategies on an international scale, building teams, brands and developing new markets. Moreover, she comes from a family with entrepreneurial vocation, founder of Value Group srl, an experience that has strengthened her passion for the growth of emerging companies with Italian DNA.
