Stefano graduated in Law from the University of Milan and started his career as a civil lawyer in a leading Milan firm. In 1998, he won a scholarship from the British Council for European Young Lawyers and studied at the College of Law in London, subsequently obtaining the title of Solicitor in England and Wales. In 2014, he opened his own practice and then became a founding partner of Studio Sani Zangrando in 2018, specialising in commercial, corporate, renewable energy and nuclear law. He assists Italian and foreign clients in important Venture Capital transactions as well as corporate M&A and transactions on the Italian market.
