Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he has worked since 2003 with a focus on the Financial Institutions, Insurance, and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices. He was responsible for the Financial Institutions practice for Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel, as well as the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice, and is now responsible for the FS Capital segment for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, focused on FI and Insurance topics for Private Equity. During his time at BCG, he has worked for major Italian and international groups, gaining experience on strategic issues for retail & commercial banking, innovation and digital transformation, Fintech, portfolio strategies, innovation of distribution channels, marketing and sales processes, organizational transformation programs, and operational processes. He was a co-founder of the BCG Fintech Control Tower, a permanent observatory on the evolution of the Fintech sector. Prior to BCG, he worked at Nokia and Philips. He holds a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Catania and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
