Vittorio De Vecchi Lajolo is a lawyer registered with the Milan Bar and a Rechtsanwalt registered with the Berlin Bar. Since 2015 with The Startup Lawyers (with offices in Berlin, Milan and Paris) he has been assisting start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs especially in internationalisation transactions of business activities in new markets and with foreign investors. His specific expertise is in the fields of corporate and commercial law, labour, intellectual property and personal data. He regularly lectures and, from time to time, composes music for film and theatre.
