WeTaxi has announced the closure of an investment round of over 2 million euros, of which 1 million was subscribed by the “Fondo Rilancio Startup” managed by Cdp Venture Capital Sgr and 750 thousand euros from Azimut Libera Impresa. The remaining part was covered by long-standing Piedmontese partners, including the Club degli Investitori and the Merlo family from Cuneo. With a turnover of 11 million euros in 2022, WeTaxi serves over 6,000 taxi drivers in Italy (out of 25,000) with 400,000 registered users and 1.7 million completed rides.
