She graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna and specialised in Strategic Marketing at the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan. Maddalena has over 30 years of experience in different sectors – construction, industrial automation, access control, interior design – and a successful track record as CEO in Private Equity and post-merge contexts. She has been CEO of ASSA ABLOY Italia, a global leader in opening solutions, VP Sales & Marketing at DATALOGIC and has held managerial roles in marketing and product development. She led the transformation of SCRIGNO from a family business to a diversified and international group. She has recently become passionate about the Venture Capital world, becoming a partner and Executive Advisor at DOORWAY.
