Born in Turin, where he graduated in Economics and Business. After a brief experience in the financial sector in Switzerland, a few years in the marketing of the consumer goods sector in Danone and Bacardi, and in strategic consulting with ATKearney, he obtained a Master in Business Administration at the IMD in Lausanne in Switzerland.

Later, he began his career in the Pharmaceutical industry, first at Schering-Plough, then at Merck Sharp & Dohme, and now at Organon. After having held various positions in the area of strategic planning, for some years he has been dealing with Business Development & Licensing. In this role he deals with the evaluation, structuring and negotiation of deals for the acquisition of innovative products and companies, including technology transfer and partnership management. He is certified as a Licensing Professional (CLP), and has long followed the innovation processes in the biopharmaceutical field, he is passionate about the start-up sector and innovation in other sectors.
