Graduated in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University, he started at IBM as a software architect, responsible for the design and implementation of service management and logical security solutions in the public sector. He joined Sistemia, one of Italy’s leading special servicers in the Non-Performing Loans sector, as head of operations and R&D department. After two years he joined the company, contributing to the growth and participating first in the partial sale to the Private Equity fund KKR, then in the leveraged buyout of the KKR fund and the entry of the BC Partners fund. Today he is co-founder of Squadra Srl, an innovative start-up that adopts new methodologies in the field of artificial intelligence and generative models to streamline the management processes of non-performing exposures.
