After graduating from high school at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale (Technical Commercial Institute), he continued his studies at the University of Milan ‘La Statale’, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Law with a focus on ‘Corporate Law’ in 2004. In 2006, he completed his education with a Master in Business Strategy at SDA Bocconi. After some work experience in the Hi-End wholesale trade, strategy consulting and banking sectors, he started working in the family business, taking care of the administrative area. Since 2019, he has been CEO of Roswell S.r.l., a family holding company, and of U.E.I. S.p.A., owner of the G. Ganassini hydroelectric power plant in Tavagnasco (TO). He also briefly served as a director of Duria S.r.l., before its incorporation into U.E.I. S.p.A..
