Graduated in Economics at the Sacred Heart University. After previous experience at KPMG, ASTER and ARQUES INDUSTRIES, in 2008 he founded VERTUS, an advisory company originally set up in special situations and reindustrialisation projects. VERTUS today is a group of more than 70 professionals and includes other realities, also operating in the consulting world, such as GEDI-Gruppo Esperti d’Impresa (active in particular in Temporary Management services) and KeyPartners (Executive search). Alessandro is also an investor in his own right, having made around thirty private equity/VC investments. Mentor of Impact Hub, he also sits on the boards of several investment companies and associations, including TMA Italia (Turnaround Management Association), ASSOREIND and AISO.
