Expert in the production processes of polymer foams and their applications, he participated in the birth of extruded foam PET in the mid-90s. He is an organizational counselor, he is part of the international team of Erickson business/executive Coaches, he is a facilitator of change, an expert in non-violent communication. He recently created Life Insight srl sb (a benefit company) to develop and support change in organizations. He has collaborated with several large companies, including LMP (IT) – OWENS CORNING/UCI (USA) – AIRPLAC (DE) -EMBALL’ISO (FR) – ARUBA (IT) – GI GROUP (IT).
