A graduate in Physics from the University of Turin, for several years she has been involved in M&A – Mergers & Acquisitions – as an industrial and strategic advisor, primarily in the ICT and services sector, accompanying entrepreneurs in the growth by external means of their companies or in the divestment, with the identification on the market of the most suitable opportunities. As an entrepreneur, she is currently launching startup companies in innovative technology sectors, assisting them in strategic and international development, and in researching and building the financial structure. Previously she has had experience in various fields, not only in technology, but also in management and business processes, and in services. He oversaw the start-up, as CEO, of the Italian subsidiary of a large group in the temporary employment sector. After graduating in the renewable energy sector, she specialized in ICT, automation and technological innovation at Aeritalia (now Alenia) and later in other organizations and companies. She has served on technical committees of the European Software Institute (Bilbao) for software process methodologies.
