With a law degree from the University of Turin and an MBA from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland), Arrigo Bodda is an HR professional with 30 years of experience in various sectors (FMCG, industrial, electronics, software) in America and Europe. He led the integration of a newly acquired green tech company (EnerNOC) for the ENEL Group. As Senior Vice President of HR & Organisational Development for IGT Group, he was responsible for optimising all HR processes within the Group and redesigning the new organisational structure. In parallel, he joined one of Boston’s oldest investment clubs (Walnut Ventures Group) as an angel investor. He recently co-founded 42N Advisors, a benefit company that helps Italian entrepreneurs access the US market.
