Graduated in Chemistry at the University of Turin and MBA at the Polytechnic of Turin, Cesare began his career in the sales sector as an official and becoming first Sales Director in the field of clinical chemistry equipment and, subsequently, General Manager in the field of electromedical devices in Cardiology. In 1991 he founded his company Progetti srl, operating in the cardiology, electromedical diagnostics and emergency sectors. A few years later it acquires the production company Elpro srl and begins the R&D, design and production of professional electrocardiographs and defibrillators and AED. Today Progetti srl, of which he is still President, is the only Italian manufacturer of professional defibrillators, develops telemedicine systems and markets various medical devices in over 70 countries around the world under its own brand. Cesare is already a Business Angel and engaged in charitable initiatives in Africa.
