Edoardo holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin. Edoardo started as an auditor at Arthur Andersen Turin and then became CFO of the Sila Group, world leader in the production of automotive components. He was subsequently appointed board member of the parent company with delegated powers for Administration, Finance and Control, and Information Systems of the holding company and individual Group companies. During the turnaround of the Sila Group, he invested in the company, becoming a shareholder and was appointed Vice Chairman. Since 2016, he has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Sila Group with ordinary and extraordinary powers and the delegation of Finance, Control, and Innovation. He is a member of the General Council of the Industrial Union.
