Elena Vitale is a business angel based in Milan and an active member of the Italian Angels for Growth, Angels4Women and Impact Hub networks. She is co-founder and director of A.M.E. Ventures, an investment holding company focused on high-potential companies in various sectors. After starting her career at Booz Allen & Hamilton as a management consultant, she worked as a start-up manager for venture capital funds and new entrepreneurial projects. Her latest project is YOGAESSENTIAL, an innovative line of yoga clothing and accessories, in partnership with Spazio Garibaldi 77, one of Milan’s most prestigious yoga schools. She is a judge in competitions such as the Global Social Venture Competition, Intesa Sanpaolo’s Start-Up Initiative and the WPP Start-Up Competition, as well as collaborating with Altis (Università Cattolica) on CSR and social entrepreneurship. She is part of the Endeavor Italia mentor network and is a supporter of LILT, Oxfam and Save the Children. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York and a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from Altis. She is completing her training as a yoga teacher, with over ten years of practice and 800 hours of training.
