Graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in corporate finance from the School of Business of Turin, he holds a second degree in Economics and Business from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and an MBA with specialization in finance from the University of Connecticut. Enrico was partner and vice president of Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, head of the evaluation practice, responsible for strategic planning at Fiat in Turin and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP – Financial Advisory Services in New York. Today he is Managing Director in the Milan office and part of the Business & Intangible Valuation business unit of Kroll Advisory. Enrico is a member of the M&A Committee of the Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (AIFI), of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Italian National Association of Financial Executives (ANDAF) and of the M&A Working Group of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
