Graduated in Business Administration at the School of Business in Turin and in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, MBA at the University of Connecticut. Enrico has extensive experience in company and intangible asset valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, reorganisations, portfolio valuation, fairness opinions, financial and tax reporting. Before joining Duff & Phelps, he was a partner and vice-president at Pirola Corporate Finance and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, head of the valuation practice, head of strategic planning at Fiat and senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP – Financial Advisory Services in New York. Today he is Managing Director in the Milan office and part of the Business & Intangible Valuation business unit of Kroll Advisory SpA.
