Fabrizio Arossa

Graduated in Law at the University of Turin, after obtaining a Diplôme Supérieur at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasbourg and a Master of Laws at Harvard Law School, he trained professionally in international law firms in San Francisco, Paris and Milan and was professor of international trade law at the University of Trento. A co-founder partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Italy, a leading international law firm of which he was a member of the global Partnership Council, he has over 35 years of experience in major M&A transactions, crisis management, antitrust law and international arbitrations in various industrial sectors (e.g., telecoms, tech, pharma, etc.), subjects on which he is a frequent lecturer at various institutions. He has been an angel investor in a number of Italian start-ups and is a member of Alumni Ventures/The Yard Ventures (a group of investors among Harvard alumni).
