Graduated in Economics at LUISS, Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Started his career as an analyst at Mediocredito del Lazio, then officer in the PFD of Schroders in London. He returned to Italy as an Executive at Mediocredito Centrale and later became first Managing Director of Ream SGR and then Senior Partner of F2i, a Private Equity fund with a focus on infrastructure. Today he is Managing Director of Arpinge SpA, an investment company operating in the infrastructure sector, and lecturer in International Finance, Economics and Management, LUISS with honours, at LUISS in Rome.
