After a career at McKinsey & Co., Francesca Fiore spent 18 years with the Vodafone Group in management roles in Italy and abroad, managing the launch of new products and services, the phone offering, and the supply chain. Until 2016, she was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Vodafone Germany. From 2015 to 2018, she was a member of the investment committee of Invitalia Ventures SGR and since 2012 she has held several positions as an independent advisor in public and private companies in Italy and France. Since 2019, Francesca has been a member of the Investors Club, where she is particularly active on digital investments. Since 2019, Francesca has been a member of the Board of Directors of Monte Titoli S.p.A., an Italian CSD of the Euronext group. In 2023, she was appointed as an independent director of Deltatre, one of the world’s leading providers of technology for sports and entertainment acquired by Bain Capital and Nextalia SGR S.p.A. She was awarded the Mela d’Oro Premio Bellisario in 2010, the AIDDA Manager of the Year award in 2013, and is named among the 2021 InspiringFifty, the fifty women leaders in Italian technology, an award for which she is now an Ambassador. Francesca earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Naples and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She later earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Milan-Bicocca and, more recently, a master’s degree in Marine Science.
