Francesca Preti, a graduate in Business Administration from LIUC in Castellanza, developed the family business, LPE Spa, active in the semiconductor sector, for over 20 years. Under her leadership, the company achieved leadership in China until its acquisition by the international group ASM International in 2022. At LPE, she held key roles until becoming CFO, managing due diligence and integration processes post-acquisition. Today she is Sole Director of Pierini Spa, partner of Rancilio Cube SICAF Spa and active in the Lions Club Legnano Carroccio. Mother of two teenagers, she is passionate about boating and specialises in business development, integration and import-export.
