Born in Turin and graduated in Economics in Milan, after a short experience in Italy, he immediately moved abroad. First in London and Hamburg and finally in New York where he stayed for 15 years until 2016. He first worked in banking at Hesse Newman Bank and then at the American equity desk of Hamburgishe Landesbank. He arrived in the USA in 2001 as chief analyst in a Wall Street research office and then moved on to become CEO of BVM USA Inc. For the past seven years he has dedicated himself to the investment business with a focus on biotech, managing three investment vehicles with a portfolio of more than 15 companies.
