Giorgio Riso

Giorgio graduated in Economics from ‘La Sapienza’ in Rome, enriching his education with further studies at the London School of Economics and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation. Within FCA, he managed Customer Care at global level for brands such as Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia. He then actively contributed to the implementation of customer satisfaction enhancement strategies as Head of Business Customer in the N/W area at Vodafone IT. Currently, Giorgio holds the position of Founder and Managing Director of Doctor Hail – Dottor Hail, a company specialised in offering hail damage repairs on vehicles.
