Giovanni Schneider holds a degree in Economics of Financial Intermediaries from Bocconi University. A textile entrepreneur originally from Biella, he spent twenty years in the family business, specialising in the trade and processing of fine raw materials such as wool and cashmere, holding various roles until becoming managing director and now chairman. He promoted a path of sustainability and represented Italy at the International Wool Trade Organisation for seven years. He founded and then sold Servizi and Seta, and in 2024 started Sinergia Srl, a private equity and venture capital investment holding, with the aim of exploring sectors other than fashion. He lives in Milan, is married and the father of twins, with a great passion for sailing.
