Lorenzo De Spirito is Strategy and M&A Manager at AXA Investment Managers in Paris, where he deals with mergers and acquisitions, strategic projects and corporate finance issues. With a degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS University, he began his career as a Junior Consultant at the boutique firm OAdvisory, before joining Novo Nordisk through an international talent programme with assignments in Finance in Rome, Zurich and Dubai. He currently collaborates with LUISS in the academic field as a Teaching Assistant for master’s courses in “Equity Markets & Alternative Investments” and “Sustainable Finance”, contributing to the training of students in the advanced finance programme.
