Graduated in Law at the University of Turin, he began his professional activity at Studio Brosio Casati e Associati, continued at the English firm Allen & Overy, and then moved to Studio Gianni Origoni, whose Turin office he opened. In 2021, he opened the Turin office of LMS Studio Legale, with offices in Milan, Rome and London, whose core business is assisting private equity funds in financing and investment transactions. Luca works both with innovative start-ups, accompanying them through the negotiation and contractual process, and with investors (family offices, investment funds or private equity). He is also involved in training, holding seminars at the main incubators in Turin on topics related to contracts, investment agreements and debt instruments.
