Graduated in Economics from the University of Turin, and winner of the Philip Morris Prize for marketing, he began his career first in Ferrero Spa and then Ferrero GMBH in commercial/finance areas. He then developed his career for twenty years in the company Equilibra srl where he first held the position of Head of the nascent Cosmetics Division, then Sales Manager for the entire company, leading it to become over the years a Leader in the Italian retail market in the Food Supplements and Natural Cosmetics markets. Following an M&A operation, he holds the role of Managing Director, also being a Partner and member of the Board of Directors of the company; in these years Equilibra is managerialized and progressively integrated within Unilever Italy Holding.
