Marco holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He began his career as head of syndicated finance at Citybank in Milan. Shortly afterwards he joined Eptaconsors as head of Capital Market activities, then became General Manager of the same area until becoming CEO of the company. From 2003 he was General Manager of Unicredit Private Banking Italia in Milan and then Head of Global Transaction Banking. In 2012 he moved to the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Milan as Head of the Foreign Banks Division. Since 2016 he has been Executive Chairman and CEO of 441 Trust Co. Ltd in London, a trust under English law with the exclusive corporate purpose of protecting contractual interests.
