He graduated in economics in Turin, started working for EY as an auditor first in Italy, then in the Czech Republic. He returned to Italy with EY Corporate Finance, accompanying its growth from 3 to 140 people. After that he joined UniCredit’s pan-European project as M&A manager for CEE. After completing 4 acquisitions and 1 JV in 18 months, he moved to the line as head of planning and then organisation of the division. From 2006, he took on direct roles in foreign banks as CFO, general manager and deputy CEO. He returns to Italy as group leader with global responsibility for costs, investments and procurement. In 2022, with 31 years of experience in 7 countries and 15 different managerial responsibilities, he leaves the group to explore new projects as an investor, entrepreneur and advisor, for the benefit of organisations dedicated to growth and value creation for customers, employees, shareholders and communities.
