Massimiliano Cagliero holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, where he graduated with honours. He also holds a CEMS Master’s degree in International Finance from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He started his career at Goldman Sachs International, working in M&A and Corporate Finance between Milan and London. He then worked at McKinsey & Co., contributing to the strategic reorganisation of a leading Italian investment bank. In 1999 he founded Banor SIM, of which he is CEO and majority shareholder, leading its growth to become one of the leading independent asset management companies in Italy.
