In 1990, after graduating, Maurizio joined the family business, Miroglio & C. Spa, a company specialising in the production of precision mechanical components for the automotive sector, as fourth generation. Right from the start, he was responsible for developing exports to foreign markets. The company currently exports 50% of its turnover, which has more than quintupled in 30 years, becoming a medium-sized company that supplies its components directly to leading manufacturers of industrial vehicles and sports cars. Today, he is still President and CEO of Miroglio & C. Spa.
