Michele holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Bristol, in partnership with the École nationale des ponts et chaussées in Paris and Berkeley University. She has worked in Italy, Spain, France and the UK in the manufacturing sector. He started his career in Andersen Consulting, then in the Piaggio Group and the family company Alisyncro Spa. He was with Roland Berger for six years where he managed strategy, organisation and business performance improvement projects. After that, he worked in France for an Italian investment fund as Managing Director of an industrial consumer goods company that he developed and transformed into a more commercially oriented company. Today, he is Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the EIM Group, in which the private equity fund OMNES has an interest.
